Because of our ongoing company growth, we’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our Corporate team in Houston, TX!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fully process multi-state payroll for 900+ employees, both salaried and hourly
• Preparing, auditing, and maintaining payroll records to include garnishments, deductions, etc.
• Assure compliance with garnishment notices and other employee deductions
• Assist in resolving payroll inquires in a timely manner
• Calculate and process termination payments to ensure legal compliance
• Working closely with the HR Generalist to ensure seamless HR experience
• Completes special projects or other administrative duties as assigned

• 
  Must have at least one year of FULL CYCLE PAYROLL PROCESSING experience. Any experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Excel
• Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines
• Highly professional with strong business ethics and integrity
• Must complete a pre-hire background check
