We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who will work hard and contribute their talents to our fast growing business. This is a full-time position working as a member of our Grant Victor shared services team in our Kaysville, UT office. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess good communication skills and be willing to learn new skills. The candidate must also demonstrate creativity and a commitment to establishing or enhancing current processes in place.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and guidance to the company and associates. Oversee payroll, New Hire onboarding process, 401k, and health benefits.
- Oversee and maintain records for FMLA, FLSA, Cobra, HIPPA, Reasonable Accommodations, Handbook, Labor Laws, and federal and state compliance requirements. Our offices currently employ 65 associates across Utah, Connecticut, Florida, Pennsylvania, California, and Texas.
- Establish and oversee annual evaluation and review process for associates, compensation analysis, associate recognition program, wellness program, associate development and advancement opportunities, job descriptions, performance management, hiring, etc.
- Recommend and implement improvements to our current processes by administering surveys, measuring associate engagement, turnover, exit interviews, associate development and advancement, and training programs.

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in an HR Role
- 3+ years experience with Customer Service
- 8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday
- Experience with Processing Payroll (Preferably with ADP)
- Experience with providing training/coaching, performance management, etc.
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to draft and organize new policies
- Communication and management skills
- College education in Human Resources
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
