Cuckoo Electronics America has seen exponential growth since it expanded to the US market in 2016 and is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our growing workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment and labor regulations
• Manages payroll and benefit compensation packages for all employees
• Manages pay structure by conducting pay surveys, job evaluations, preparing budgets, and recommending revisions
• Recommends, implements, and informs of new policies, procedures, and benefits that improve employee retention, relations, and engagement across the company
• Address employee relations issues; including but not limited to claims regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, and conflicts. Conducts investigations that are fair and objective and provide recommendations as needed.
• Assist upper management in determining performance, salary raises, and employee bonuses
• Ensures goals and objectives are communicated and consistent with the company’s vision, values, and beliefs.
• Manage 1099 Independent Contractors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in an HR Managerial position
• 2+ years of experience in Labor/Employee Relations
• Professional Human Resources certification preferred (HRCI/SHRM/etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
