Xincon provides quality home health services to residents across the new York city metropolitan area. Xincon has been approved by Department of Health (DOH) to serve as a lead FI to provide CDPAP services in all 62 counties in New York State.

Summary

Xincon Home Health care Inc. is looking for a Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR activities, develop and recommend company HR policy and procedural improvements.

This position is responsible to oversee all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, employee benefits, employee training and development. Develop and recommend company human resources policy and procedural improvements; provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation; coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Job Type:

· Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

· Hybrid 3 days remote and 2 days office

Qualifications:

· Individual with strong human resource background and a BA, BS in a HR related field is preferred.

· Good planning and organizational skills

· Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

· Professional appearance and manner

· Strong computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office for Windows

· Ability to manage staff (supervisory experience)

· Ability to negotiate effectively
