Our Shared HR Service - the People HUB - based in Orlando Florida is the center of excellence for HR support to our range of brands and attractions across all of North America. Providing support on all HR matters including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Well-being and more to iconic brands such as LEGOLAND Resorts (California, Florida and soon to be New York), Madam Tussauds, Sealife, LEGOLAND Discovery Centers and our growing portfolio of Peppa Pig Worlds. About the Role
Our People Advisors will be the first point of contact for many inquiries and queries coming from our employee population (approximately 6,000) across North America. The responsibilities will cover responding to questions and queries on employee benefit policies and HR Policies, Payroll issues to recruitment processes, course set up to well-being. You’ll soon become an expert in all things HR Operations.
Supporting the advice and guidance aspect will be the need to be a shining star when it comes to administration and record keeping. We need flawless paperwork and conversation audit trails to ensure we are providing the very best and most compliant service to our customers.
And you’ll be a decision maker when it comes to escalation and liaison, passing on the most complex queries to seasoned pros in specific disciplines – pro’s you’ll learn from and work closely alongside day in day out.
Day to day:
You’ll respond to queries coming in by telephone, email and via our ticket system – quickly, efficiently and professionally.
You’ll probe for additional information using your conversational and rapport building skills
You’ll nimbly navigate our systems and become an expert at working out the best routes to get accurate information fast. You’ll continually improve your knowledge of HR Ops through research, review and debate with your colleagues. Every day is a learning day!
About You:
Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced customer service or HR Environment
An understanding of HR policies, procedures and benefits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fantastic interpersonal skills – listening, empathy, assurance, confidence.
Flexibility and collaboration
A great understanding of systems and the ability to learn – constantly.

HOURLY RATE: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
