Job description

· Verifying Temp Agencies timecards and invoices for payment

· Assist with payroll, scheduling, timekeeping, and record-keeping

· Assist with employee orientation, development, and training

· Maintaining and updating personnel files and records

· Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing re-orders; delivering supplies to workstations.

· Assist with making travel arrangements for overseas technicians and trainers

· Creating/Maintaining Excel Spreadsheets, Filing, Data Entry

· Verifying vendor packing lists and invoices

· Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to, other plant admin/HR related assignments/tasks and supporting upper management

· Provides administrative support as needed (e.g., correspondence, setting up interviews, record keeping & file maintenance)

· HR & Admin- related Assignments

· Bilingual – Spanish is a Must

Qualifications: Must have at least (2) years of HR- related work experience. Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong people skills. Must possess excellent writing & communication skills, be resourceful, pay attention to details, & be highly organized. Ability to consistently meet deadlines with minimal mistakes/errors. Applicant must be authorized to work in the US; Bilingual preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday: TBD

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: strong computer (MS Excel/Word/Outlook) and internet knowledge; typing 50+ WPM; Netsuite &/or PayCom/ADP is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
