Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is seeking a Team Member Services Specialist (Human Resources) to join our team in Lake Park, Florida. This position will focus on recruiting and retaining team members for a multitude of positions throughout the region while building and maintaining effective paths of communication.

The Team Member Services (TMS) Specialist will be based in the Southeast Florida Region and be part of a statewide TMS team. This position will report to both the Director of Recruiting & Retention and the Regional Vice President/General Manager.

Required Education, Licenses, and Skills:

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources.
• Experience in a high volume, full cycle recruiting environment.
• Experience recruiting for skilled labor positions and commercial drivers; preferred.
• Valid Driver License with driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time with minimal supervision
• Effective communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Intermediate computer skills; including proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish); preferred.
• Travel throughout Hillsborough, Polk and surrounding counties (25%)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain all job postings for the region.
• Review, pre-screen, and schedule in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.
• Maintain active pipeline of candidates for positions in alignment with the staffing goals of the region.
• Prepare and conduct weekly orientation sessions.
• Create and maintain team member files, including accurate completion of new hire paperwork and I-9s.
• Process team member separation paperwork in accordance with federal and local employment laws.
• Increase employee engagement via on-site Plant Visits and timely communication with team members.
• Share team member feedback and report priority issues to the management team with a sense of urgency.
• Coordinate random drug screenings for the region.
• Assist with the planning and execution of company events.
