Job description
Additionally, the incumbent will interpret and explain policies, procedures and benefits to home care providers. As well as maintain and update applicant records, track information and create aggregate reports. This position will require additional support to other staff members as needed specifically Office Assistant III.
The IHSS Public Authority unit desires candidates who have experience with Case Management Information Payrolling System (CMIPS), as well as, MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, TEAMS and Outlook.
The highest level of confidentiality of management records is required.
The incumbent will work in office for the initial training period, once training requirements have been met, telecommuting options are available, but are subject to change based on business needs and are not guaranteed.
