Job description
Objective: Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employee onboarding, compensation, training and development, employee relations and retention, and labor relations for the Holdings company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversees staffing and recruiting needs for Holdings company.
- Develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organizations core values
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
- Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.

Education: Human Resource Degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 5 years
Work Environment: Office setting
