Divine House, Inc. is hiring for a Full Time Human Resources Director and a Human Resources Director Assistant based in Willmar. These positions will generally be communicating with all departments throughout the company. These positions will have active involvement with the Payroll and Finance Departments, Scheduling Department, Quality Assurance to ensure and assist with daily functions with the overall business direction in mind. Positions will be primarily 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with some after hours requirements on occasion.

These positions primarily responsibilities are:

• Advertisement & Staff Recruitment
• Background Studies under Minnesota Department of Human Services,
• Filing with the Department of Employment and Economic Development
• Filing and follow up Workers Compensation Claims and employee's
• Training and maintaining compliance with new employees
• Employment discipline and maintaining & equal treatment
• Handle confidential matters with discretion

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Prior Human Resource experience
• Minnesota Department of Human Services Background study
• Understanding of compensation, benefits programs, and employee relations
• Excellent recruiting skills
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and ordinances
• Must have above average proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet
• Excellent listening and verbal skills, and professional written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
