Job Summary

Integrated Exteriors, Inc./Concrete Central are looking for a Human Resource Generalist who will partner with their senior management team in the development and deployment of business-driven HR strategies, policies, and programs. This role will provide leadership to a broad range of Human Resource activities including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, coaching and development, compensation, benefits, safety management, and other HR processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support all HR functions in the deployment and maintenance of HR policies, programs and initiatives including but not limited to employment, compensation, training, talent acquisition, recruitment and development and work practices to improve the organization capabilities.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws. Identifying legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are complying.
  • Execute company initiatives and programs such as employee engagement, performance standardization measurement, etc.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the company’s employee benefits, compensation, payroll, and general work practices.
  • Support various employee relations activities: supervisory coaching, conducting investigations and administering discipline.
  • Develop strategies to enhance company labor relations, turnover and retention.
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgement, and care.

· General Office Experience – general, scheduling, telephone skills, typing, documentation and data entry, meeting planning and organization, exceptional communication both written and verbal, dependability, attention to detail

· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

· Expert knowledge in HR practices – employment and labor laws, best practices

· Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.

· Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

· Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

· BSc/BA in Human Resources or relevant field of business

· Two- three years of applicable human resource experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
