What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be instrumental in recruiting for new positions by drafting awesome Job Ads like this one, reviewing resumes of candidates that are hopefully as amazing as you are, and setting the tone for company culture through the orientation and onboarding process. You will be a foundational element of helping to build an maintain a healthy and positive working environment. Additionally, as a Human Resources Generalist, you will:

• Prepare for and conduct an incredible New Hire Orientation so that all of our employees start off with the right attitude

• Provide needed input on disciplinary/performance improvement conversations

• Process new hire and termination paperwork

• Help the organization maintain its sanity

• Be awesome
• Other normal HR stuff. You will NOT need to process payroll though.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)
• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
