WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • HR Manager for 120+ associates in privately-held organization.
  • Aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and supports human resource-related processes and initiatives in a change management environment.
  • Formulates partnerships across the firm to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • Responsible for the ownership of associate support; employee relations, training and development and compliance with employment law.
  • Forms collaborative relationships to enable world-class internal customer service, ensuring a high quality experience when interacting with Human Resources.
  • Skilled in working with HR Systems and is able to work with data effectively as well.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Experience in Talent Management, Training and Development and Employee Relations
  • Experience in change management
  • Expert ability to build strong relationships and operate as a trusted advisor to individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline and human resource certification (i.e. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) highly desired.
