GENERAL SUMMARY:

Partners with human resources department to promote service excellence. Responsible for execution of HR operation duties that include creating a positive new hire experience by owning new hire onboarding, streamline current HR processes, administer educational development and recognition programs, and interpret Business Intelligence reporting to support the department and customer groups.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human Resources, business management or closely related field or equivalent experience
  • One (1) year human resource experience or equivalent coursework

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • PHR or SHRM certification

Minimum Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation and committed to employees
  • Intrinsically motivated and the ability to prioritize tasks/projects
  • Must have solid verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in analytics and visuals to illustrate a problem or process
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:

Typical office environment. This job requires the employee to sit much of the time. Infrequent lifting of up to 25 lbs. may be required. Some travel may be necessary in Pima, Pinal, Cochise, and Maricopa Counties.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Provides guidance to managers and employees on policy and procedures, and escalates to relevant human resources team members, as appropriate.
  • Administers the assigning and scheduling of classes and events in the UKG Pro Learning and BAI (LMS systems) for all employees.
  • Facilitates NMLS program
  • Takes meeting minutes HR team meeting, identifies items for follow up, and distributes, as necessary.
  • Administers internship programs, mentoring programs, and external leadership development opportunities.
  • Administers key elements of reward and recognition programs including scheduling, and communication.
  • Completes employment verification for current a former Employees.
  • Conducts New Hire orientation and onboarding. Communicates with hiring manager to ensure successful onboarding of employee. Coordinates schedules, presenters, materials, etc.
  • Produces business intelligence reports as requested and identifies trends and areas of improvement.
  • Administers educational development programs such as tuition reimbursement and outside training opportunities. Responsible for administering the company-wide tuition reimbursement budget, including making budget recommendations annually.
  • Maintains department SharePoint HUB page and updates, and proposes improvements as needed.
  • Coordinates and participates in audits. Follows up and tracks audit action items.
  • Works with supervisor or other team members on special projects as assigned.
  • Reviews and analyzes processes and practices. Proposes improvements or efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Monitors internal NPS and coordinates HR effort to analyze and address results.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary range is $48,520.45 to $63,683.08. Job Grade, EX-11. Final salary is dependent on a candidate’s experience and qualifications.
