We are currently recruiting an experienced full-time HR Professional with a strong work ethic and a working knowledge of HR Best Practices to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

· Provide guidance and consultation to our clients and organizational partners in the interpretation of HR management policies, procedures, programs, and applications of related government laws and regulations.

· Create, revise, and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.

· Audit client HR systems and processes. Make recommendations to address any disparities or issues.

· Deliver client-level support with Payroll HRIS systems.

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Human Resources systems (compliance, compensation, training, and performance management).

· Teamwork skills that establish and maintain credibility with clients and HR team members.

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to travel to nearby clients for onsite consultations.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

· Three plus years experience in an HR role.

· HR certification such as SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent experience is required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
