Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall hiring strategy, onboarding and continuous support to existing employees

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, concerns or other issues

Manage the onboarding process

Support current and future staffing needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of employee relations
-
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
-
Nurture a positive working environment and positive culture
-
Directly supervise and manage day to day work of human resource success clerks
-
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and assists management with evaluating staff performance
-
Assists employees with pay plan and benefits program questions
-
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training and on-boarding programs
-
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
-
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
-
Collaborate with HR Success Managers and Recruitment & Retention Managers to ensure a positive candidate experience from recruitment and hiring through orientation and onboarding.

Assist new hires with onboarding tasks as needed and be a point of contact to provide proactive support and information about licensure for teachers and paraprofessionals

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
-
People oriented and results driven

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

Knowledge of HR systems and databases

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-
Strong understanding of customer service
-
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
-
Experience building diverse talent pipelines to meet organizational needs

Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, relevant discipline, or a commensurate level of experience

POSITION OVERVIEW
The primary responsibility of The Human Resources (HR) Success Manager is to develop a positive employee experience and fosters relationships for the staff and management. This is a mid-level management position in the Human Resources Department. They work alongside upper leadership to promote retention of staff and overall recruitment, onboarding of new employees. Additionally, an HR Success Manager is also well-versed in the individual employee contracts, policies, benefits, evaluations, and leaves of absence processes and can offer insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.
