Role Title: HVAC Sales Consultant
The Role:
How would you like to be a part of one of the fastest growing home service companies in the Southeast? You’ll be able to play an important role within the HVAC Sales Department at Coolray Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. This role includes partnering with other departments to ensure accurate work along with providing the expected world class customer service Coolray is known for!

Earning Potential Starting at $150,000 - $250,000 per year (average), PLUS industry leading benefits, PTO, 6 Paid Holidays per year + get paid to take your birthday off, 401(k) with Company match and so much more!

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
  • Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards
    Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales
  • Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process
  • Educate potential customers on value: Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products including our warranties and CoolCare Maintenance Agreements
  • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
  • Attend appointments with customers as scheduled
  • Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
  • Desire to learn and grow career experience in the HVAC industry
  • 2-3 years HVAC Sales experience (Home Installation and Repair highly desired)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently
  • Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
  • At times, ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs in hot, cold and wet conditions
