Requirements
· Minimum 2 years’ Experience
· EPA Universal Certification
· Valid Drivers License
· Good Driving record
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· On-call duty approximately once every 2 months
· Proficient with the hand tools and instruments of the trade
· Ability to lift 75 lbs
· Seasonal Saturday work
Duties/Responsibilities
· Full Time
· Follow instruction on work orders and document calls in full detail
· Properly diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
· Perform a quality system maintenance and safety inspection
· Perform system start-ups on new systems
· Limited ductwork and installation work
· Perform major system repairs including compressors and coils
· Maintain safe and healthy work environment
· Follow company standards and procedures

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
