I&C Engineer
Theta Technologies Inc. has a potential opening for an I&C Engineer to provide engineering services to assigned engineering teams. Engineering support services include engineering analysis, walkdowns, design development and generation of design output documents including but not limited to: P&IDs; Control Logics; Loop Diagrams; Instrument Indices; Setpoint Lists; Instrument and Control Valve Specifications; DCS and PLC Design; Instrument Location and Installation Design; Panel Layouts; and Vendor Document Review.
Qualifications Required:
- BS Degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, I&C Engineering or current registration as a Professional Engineer in one of the above disciplines.
- Candidate must demonstrate five (5) years design experience in the nuclear or process chemical industry.
- Candidate must demonstrate design experience with PLCs and distributed control systems.
- Candidate demonstrating experience in 2D Microstation Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) is preferred.
- Candidate must have the ability to walkdown systems in the field.
- Candidate must be able to obtain an L clearance if required to perform assigned duties.
