Store Manager in Training, Ice Cream Store

Graeter's Ice Cream seeks a talented Store Manager in Training to help run and oversee one of our retail stores in Columbus, OH!

As our Store Manager in Training, you will support your store manager and train to grow into a store manager position. This means you will be assisting with providing superior customer service, interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates, and driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques, and local marketing.

To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, a High School Diploma or GED, and:

• The ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Be able to lift 40 pounds, as needed, to occasionally help unload delivery trucks.
