⭐️ IHS (Individualized Home Support) Coordinator⭐️

Spirit Lifters is looking for someone who is insanely resourceful, organized and loves working with people to be an IHS Coordinator.

Our Holistic based In-Home provider requires your help in coordinating/expanding our IHS department, continually improving our services and mentoring our IHS Coaches. Our team is looking for someone to help tackle the fun challenges of growing a small, close-knit organization.

Ranging from..

• Maintaining Caseload of IHS Clients
• Assisting with Annual Meetings and 245D Paperwork
• Writing, Running and Creating Progress Reports for 245D Goals
• Mentoring/Training New Coaches
• Scheduling in Therap/Maintaining Service Agreements
• Provide first line of Contact to Support Teams of Clients

Candidates should have leadership experience and at least 2 years experience working with people with mental health challenges (group home, direct support professional, job coaching, wellness coaching or other social service experience is helpful). People with a Holistic Health background (reiki, physical fitness, nutrition, meditation, art, music or sound therapy, healing coach) are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
