Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Impact Analysis Manager is responsible for the following duties:
- Through data collection and meaningful analysis, be able to demonstrate the progress Homewise clients are making on their path to improving long-term financial security through sustainable homeownership.
- Lead the Family Financial Security Initiative, the Customer Service Survey, and other impact analysis initiatives to gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns to make recommendations for business actions that may positively influence Homewise’s operations and future goals.
- Lead Community Development data collection and evaluation projects and reports such as Community Impact Measurement Surveys and Key Indicators.
- Support Homewisdom through data collection, research and analysis
- Support the organization’s effort close the racial wealth gap by leading a social impact data collection and analysis project to help us learn and have greater impact in underserved communities.
- Using a variety of data analysis and reporting tools, such as IMPLAN, Tableau and others, analyze trends in the data, and communicate findings to further enhance short, intermediate and long-term programmatic and operational impact.
- Present and communicate impact data in compelling, easy to understand ways so that the data is effective in informing meaningful analysis and learning.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 or more years of experience in impact analysis and evaluation.
Work Schedule
- Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
Physical Requirements
- This is largely a sedentary role.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
