- We are an agency located in Rogers Arkansas. We assist clients that have little to no ability to take care of themselves, we help with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, toiletry, bathing, meal preparation, running errands, etc.
*We are growing tremendously now that we accept medicaid- VA insurance for homecare. and we are looking for someone that is dependable and very caring to assist these clients in their time of need.
We serve clients of all ages from children to adults who have disabilities, (developmental and physical disabilities) - Our services are for anyone who falls under a passe program
Ar Choices, Empower, total care, Medicaid services or VA .

Here at A-list we work one-on-one with both Clients and Caregivers to coordinate schedules and non-medical care.
Caregiver Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities including:
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Personal Care
- Companionship
Requirements
- Valid State ID or Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal/child maltreatment background check
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility issues
Education/Experience/Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!!! We will provide PCA training- free of charge. PCA or CNA Certification Required (PCA training and recertification assistance available)

Some of our clients have health conditions that require their caregivers to be extra cautious. Since caregivers work with clients in their homes and in close proximity, clients may require extra measures including mask wearing or vaccination.
