*CAREGIVER NEEDED*

Get a little supplemental pay to help fund those holiday activities!

Part time hours available

When would we like your help:

This member needs support for 8 hours a week

Our member needs a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule and at least one weekend day.

Companionship and redirection is our biggest need with this member.

What can you expect to be doing:

• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Meal prep
• Encouragement on completing daily tasks
• Gentle med reminders
• Errands as needed in town

Wage

$17 an hour + $100 60 day bonus (based on performance)

What are we looking for?:

• Positive attitude, reliability and hard working candidates encouraged to apply!

• Must be willing to have background check completed
• Valid driver's license

*We would prefer someone with some mental health background and caregiver background*

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
