JOB SUMMARY:
The In-Home Therapist provides intensive in-home support and treatment to families who are participating in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) to stabilize and strengthen the family unit.
SALARY: $22.00 - 23.00 per hour
$500 sign-on bonus!
OFFICE LOCATION: Office is located at the Kenosha County Job Center with flexibility to work from home. Must be able to meet in-person with clients located in Kenosha County.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of Individualized Service Plans.
- Counsel clients in accordance with their treatment plans.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in addressing family system, mental health, parenting, and alcohol/drug issues through individual, family, and group counseling.
- Conduct home visits per service plans.
- Attend youth/family team meetings.
- Organize and facilitate structured group, individual, and/or family activities to meet the goals of the service plan.
- Attend client court proceedings and provide updates on treatment progress, as needed.
- Coordinate services and maintain communication with all service providers involved with the clients.
- Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other related fields.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
