Job description
We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for our client located in Draper, UT. If you love working in an office environment, have impeccable people skills, and would like the opportunity to work for a reputable client within the healthcare space, then this position is for you!
Primary duties will include answering incoming calls regarding HSA/FSA account balances, card activation, and application status. You will also be responsible for handling and researching issues over the phone and verifying/documenting information using the client's computer database.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience analyzing/solving customer's problems,
- 1+ year of experience in an office setting using the telephone/computer to perform job duties
- High School Diploma or GED
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Able to work 40 hours per week with open availability
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new and complex computer applications
- Must be fully vaccinated
Schedule: Training schedule is M-F 8AM-4:30PM for 5 weeks. After training, candidates must be available to work 1-2 weekends days per month. Schedules vary so open availability is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
