The Inbound Operations Manager is a key operational field leader role that plays a vital part in the operations team of this innovative new business. This role will lead a team of up to 25 service associates and will be responsible for the KPIs and operational activities pertaining to the fleet quality and health for a given market with fleet sizes up to a certain number of vehicles.

What you'll do:

• Owns the Availability Metric for the City Market
• Direct oversight of local Suppliers/Vendors for vehicle service
• Manages Maintenance & Service centers at Hub in assigned market
• Owns the Inbound labor model for each Inbound Process Path and is responsible for coordination with Recruiting to effectively execute staffing plans required for market staffing, training, and scheduling
• Responsible for vehicle condition and Service Level CSAT, as applicable
• Manages key vendor relationships for the market relating to receiving and servicing vehicles
• Executes and adheres to existing SOPs (standard operating procedures), helps define new SOPs, and provides feedback to external stakeholders to improve customer and associate experience
• Identifies and eliminates waste in operational processes
• Maintains an engaged and high-performing team; hires and develops the best

What drives success for this role:

• Several years of relevant experience (preferably involving vehicle fleet management)
• Prior experience working in operations for a complex organization providing a 365/24/7 service
• Ability to make customer-first operational decisions
• Excellent communication to ensure the vehicle status and updates are provided regularly
• Being an effective multitasker who has strong time management skills
• Ability to coach, guide, and mentor a team, while managing up as well as down
• Experience tracking metrics, reporting, and using data to make informed recommendations
• Flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)
• Passion for cars and experience in the vehicle service industry
