$12.00/hr with 20 hours or more Overtime per week (that's more than $43,000 per year, after overtime)

As an Onin Teammate, you are a part of a production team that uses a variety of equipment to hand tools to perform various duties with processing of cotton seed.
- Observe and practice safety procedures and become part of a strong safety culture
- Participate in daily morning safety startup meeting
- Receive and unload trucks during harvest
- Monitor seed conditions by checking moisture and temperature levels weekly
- Obtain bin samples and monitor for insects monthly
- Run fans to dry or cool down seed in storage bins as needed
- Clean all equipment including grain trucks, belts and augers between varieties to maintain purity
- Maintain all equipment in a safe operable condition
- Maintain the bulk yards free of weeds and debris
- Assist in other areas of facility as needed
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might Have:
- Flexibility and availability for working 7 days/week, 7a-7p
- Minimum 1 year of Forklift experience preferred
- Must be physically able to move unloading and loading equipment
- Basic computer skills are considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail is a plus
