Job Summary:
Oversees the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information. Facilitates IT security audits or investigations. Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers. Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring network continuity for business operations across a portfolio of hospitality outlets
• Effectively manage all relevant platforms to ensure that communications across outlets are seamless and efficient
• Manage all critical operations systems in terms of hardware and software to ensure that revenues are maximized
• Work with all departments across outlets to create efficiencies and enhancements geared to drive business units forward operationally.
• Ensure that all point-of-sale systems operate seamlessly
• Manage software licensing and purchasing across outlets
• Purchase and program all systems hardware and software to ensure business continuity
• Directly manage network administrator
• Work with the web development team to ensure that all needs are met
• Move all business units to a state of preventative maintenance that ensures stability and operational efficiency
• Manage IT/IS inventories to ensure that all businesses operate without interruption
• Troubleshoot and reconcile problems across the scope of IT/IS/AV infrastructures
• Manage all relevant service providers
• Develop systems for efficiently managing work orders and projects
• Learn and manage all network infrastructures
• Manage merchant services hardware and infrastructures for processing payments
• Manage all phone systems across operating entities
• Setup new equipment packages for onboarding employees and address needs with regard to all hardware and software for management teams
• Create solutions for streamlining processes in the IT/IS realm for all outlets
• Work with operating teams to collect and leverage data from all relevant platforms
• Manage all surveillance hardware and software as needed
• Learn and manage all digital signage systems
• Assist with ensuring all needs are met in terms of connectivity for special events
• Seek out opportunities for cost savings within the IT/IS realm across businesses
• Install and manage all AV/IT/IS hardware as needed
• Manage updates on all relevant equipment in perpetuity
• Meticulously maintain all business services for operations and remote access capabilities
• Develop automated processes across platforms and businesses for efficiency gains
• Manage liquor systems where applicable to ensure operational continuity
• Physically respond to critical needs operationally in a timely and priority-oriented fashion
• Interface with all management team members to ensure that needs are met across departments and business units

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of project management principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
