Our organization is looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our computer systems, networks, and software applications for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, including experience with system maintenance, hardware installation, and software development. We are looking for a motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team in order to ensure that our clients systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Monitor system performance and security.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Train users on new systems or software.
• Research new technologies and develop strategies to implement them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
