Top 7 Key Requirements:
- Current NY State RN License required
- BSN, MSN, and PhD or DNP required
- Nursing-related national certification, Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), or Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) within 3 years of hire/transfer
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical nursing
- Prior acute care experience
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
