The Position:
This position is on MoFi’s Sales team. This team is customer-centric, efficient, and strategic. They have excellent communication skills, are data-driven, and continually improving. They are constantly working to increase the percentage of opportunities that close and use learning to improve the overall sales process. This position reports to a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will receive comprehensive training on our products and services.
Job Duties:
Each Sales Manager works alongside a Business Development Manager. This position works directly with loan applicants to qualify them for MoFi financing. They assist applicants through the application and underwriting process and when clients are not eligible for financing with MoFi provide alternative options. Detailed job duties include:
- Qualify leads and assist qualified leads with MoFi's application process
- Gather necessary information from clients to prepare them for their loan application
- Work with Lending team to schedule calls for qualified leads to enter the underwriting process
- Manage pipeline effectively maintaining client contact and scheduling effectively
- Maintain accurate and complete data for all leads that are in your territory
- Work with Business Development Manager to track and manage monthly sales strategies
- Work with Lending, Sales, Marketing and New Product Team to deliver qualitative data to teams to improve process
- Meet with lenders to develop relationships and increase lead pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Data-driven
- Enjoys learning, problem-solving, and collaboration
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish preferred but not a requirement for the position
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred but not a requirement for the position
- Strong computer skills
