Advantage Lifts is looking for an Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative. We are a rapidly growing organization that specializes in vehicle lifts and related equipment and are looking for a candidate that has a proven track record with both customer consulting and providing exceptional service. This position is about building rapport with the customer, understanding their needs, and delivering a great overall service experience.

As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative at Advantage Lifts, you will play a fundamental role in helping us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable initiating, receiving, and following up on dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and meeting/exceeding the customers’ needs.

Duties include:

  • Understand and implement the Company’s vision, mission & values of Quality, Safety, and Strength within everything we do
  • Be a part of a newly formed Customer Centric group designed to help our customers
  • Relationship management through constant proactive customer contact, serving as a primary contact for all communication with customers on issues relating to orders, pricing, delivery, warranty, and status
  • Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding our products and customer needs
  • Following up on warm leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling our company to leave a positive impression on the customer
  • Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or email, to ensure every customer is provided an extraordinary level of service
  • Help customers understand their needs and make appropriate recommendations
  • Keeping up with product and service information/updates
  • Develops, establishes, and maintains relationships with multiple departments within the company
  • Thoroughly and effectively explaining the features/benefits of our products and services to our customers
  • Staying informed about competing products and services by understanding the basic manufactured differences
  • Offering ancillary products to accommodate our customers’ needs
  • Working on the computer and telephone 90% of the day
  • Taking on special projects/assignments as determined by management.
  • Learn a basic mechanical understanding of the operational parts of garage equipment.

Requirements:

· Previous experience providing exceptional customer service, consulting directly with customers to help determine their needs, or as a service manager/service advisor within the automobile industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Mechanical knowledge/aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
