Onsite in Fort Wayne // Permeant Opportunity // M-F / 8a - 5p // $17/hr // CAN START AS SOON AS 5/22

MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ORDER ENTRY, OR INSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE

Description:

• Inbound and Outbound calling
• Answer incoming calls regarding customer questions and issues with product information
• Escalate customer calls
• Enter and edit orders in internal system
• Resolve complaints and provide service recovery for customer retention.

LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

Customer service, Customer support, Inbound Call, Microsoft office, Order Entry, Sales Support, Outbound Calls
