Elitek Vehicle Services, an LKQ Company is looking for a motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team!
This position will be an in-person role, located in Farmers Branch, TX from Monday - Friday.
We are the industry's leading vehicle diagnostics, calibration, electronics, and mechanical sublet service provider. Servicing thousands of repair facilities and customers and growing throughout the United States, customer service and technical expertise are our top priorities.
Our unique sublet services performing electronic and mechanical repairs and programming make us the go-to partner for many mechanical and collision repair shop's needs.
The Inside Sales Representative will sell company products and services through inbound and outbound calls. In this role, you will be accountable for developing relationships with potential customers, and assisting customers with orders, product information, payments, and anything else to maintain excellent customer service. Essential Job Duties:
- Initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess the need for replenishing inventories
- Generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products
- Provide customer service, evaluate the customer's needs, and answer questions regarding sales of the product, parts, pricing, and services.
- Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
- Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, etc.).
- Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
- Inform the customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer.
- Advise customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
- Process orders - perform order entry, and review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).
- Follow-up with customers as needed.
- May evaluate and propose an appropriate price for parts by considering various criteria.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of related applicable experience.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- College coursework or degree.
- Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and cooperate with others.
- Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers.
- Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
- Must be able to work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur.
- Must be able to work under pressure comfortably.

Compensation: $24/hour base + Uncapped Commission potential
