SUMMARY:

Fix Air a division of Pacific Coast Trane - San Francisco District is in need of Parts Inside Sales Associate in either San Jose or Concord location. The Parts Inside Sales Associate is to help customer resolve HVAC parts or equipment issues with timely delivery of quality parts and solutions. Responsible for processing customer parts orders and responding to customer s inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively engages with both counter customers and phone customers to fully identify needs, respond to inquiries or questions, and offer timely quality solutions.
• Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add on extensions needs and making customers aware of product promotions and adding lines to parts orders.
• Conducts sales of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and over the counter.
• Processes customer orders and take responsibility for the order fulfilments
• May load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
• Possesses knowledge of the Trane product line to be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers.
• Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem.
• Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: We are looking for a customer-oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required plus minimum of 2 years of inside sales, retail or related experience. HVAC sales or related HVAC, Automobile industry experience is beneficial. A mechanical aptitude and background will be helpful in this role.
