Inside Sales Representative, US Remote Location

Innovative Gx Laboratories is a growing laboratory based in San Antonio, TX. We are a precision medicine diagnostics laboratory specializing in molecular and genetic testing. We provide exceptional customer service with rapid delivery of patient results. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of Innovative Genomics by executing a number of sales activities such as pursuing leads, cold calling, responding to inbound medical group or practice calls, advancing potential and existing customers through the sales pipeline while ensuring a quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Work directly with senior leadership on the development and execution of business development
- Contact qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Develop high-impact conversational strategies and tactics that repeatedly result in new business growth
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Leverage proprietary market intelligence tools and resources to perform due diligence on sales opportunities, including managed care contracting, practice demographics, and competitive dynamics
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrate consistent success in previous roles indicated by high level of sales performance
- Recognized award winner for top sales performance (e.g., MVP, Director’s Club, P-Club or Rookie of the Year among others)
- Experience being accountable for sales quotas in a challenging, fast paced environment
- Previous pharmaceutical/medical sales experience in an inside or outside sales role
- Understanding of web based technologies (blogs, search engines, message boards, chat rooms)
- Experience in a high volume outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
- Strong customer focus in delivering sales and building relationships
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to understand and solve underlying causes of simple or complex problems
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Strong attention to detail by being exact, precise, and accurate
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years documented work experience in sales and/or customer support role
Hours
Work schedules may vary, and candidates must have some flexibility to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and overtime
