Kwik Kar Southlake has immediate openings for hood technicians with TX state inspector licenses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform 50 - 100 state inspections per week
• Inspecting belts, hoses, and wiper blades
• Inspecting fluid levels of power steering reservoir and transmission
• Checking air pressure of tires
• Tire Rotations
• Inspecting vehicles for additional repairs needed
• Performing multi-point inspection
• Operating and driving vehicles including those with manual transmissions
• Performing brake jobs, tune-ups and other light mechanical

Must be Capable of Operating in the Following Capacities:

• Certified TX State Inspector
• Courtesy
• Hood Tech
• Light Duty Mechanic

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Exposure to inclement weather
• Ability to operate an automobile
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending Exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than 10 pounds of force to move objects
• Requires walking or standing to a significant degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
