About us

Island Custom Cabinetry is a high-end custom cabinetry company. Our product is built and finished locally in Riviera Beach, and installed by our in-house team. We take on large and small scopes of work for some of the premier residential estates in Palm Beach and Martin Counties, primarily Palm Beach, Jupiter Island, Wellington, North Palm beach, and Boca Raton.

Our company is comprised of craftspeople (builders, finishers and installers) who love their craft, are always willing to take on a new challenge, and are positive solution finders. We value the input of everyone on our teams, and our teams all work together.

Because we build true custom cabinetry each of our projects is unique. This requires a high install skill level and patience. Every room will have scribed cabinetry. Attention to the finest detail, ability to accurately read shop/architectural drawings, and ability to professionally communicate within the company and with others on site are required.

Requirements: 5+ years lead install experience, must be able to understand and read all aspects of our shop drawings, ability to work independently and with a team, ability to find solutions to challenges, positive attitude, good communicator, must take initiative, comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Also required are reliable transportation, clean driving record, and all necessary install tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
