United Systems Automation is a full-service automation company. Including systems design, integration and installation and services provider. USA is headquartered in Ball Ground, GA, 40 miles NW of Atlanta.

USA is looking for a highly motivated individual to integrate, install, and service Door/Gate Access Control Systems, Audio, CCTV Digital Surveillance/DVR, and Automation Systems in a fast paced and physically demanding environment. This position is for a detailed oriented and forward-thinking individual. Applicant will be expected to perform job duties without direct supervision and take ownership for all assignments. Quality Workmanship, Safety and Customer Service are our top priorities. Some of our contracts are located out of town. Will require some travel overnight/out-of-state, depending on job locations. Travel is Monday through Friday, home on weekends. Company provides transportation, hotel, and per Diem for all overnight/out-of-state travel.

The ideal candidate will possess some or all the following:

· Ability to install and terminate cables and devices per site plans, product specifications and documentation,per industry standards.

· Basic understanding of IT and telecom networking common practices (IP and MAC addressing) and their application in Access Control, Audio Visual and System Automation technologies.

Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and troubleshooting practices (including the use of a multi-meter).

· Strict adherence to company safety and employment policies.

· Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and diagnose system malfunctions using experience, product documentation and industry standard tools.

· Ability to interface with site superintendents, train end users and manage expectations based on the Contract Scope of Work.

Experience

· Structured Cabling: 2years (Preferred)

· Secured Access Control Systems: 2 years (Preferred)

· Audio Visual (CCTV / DVR) System: 3 years (Preferred)

· Automation Systems: 3 years (Preferred)

Employment Requirements

· Drug Free and Clear Criminal Background Check

· Clean MVR (1pt. or less)

· Valid Georgia Driver’s License

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

· Read and Write English

· Authorization to work in the United States

Education

· High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

· Technical College (Preferred)

Pay and Benefits

$19 to $24 per hour, depending on applicant qualifications.

· Benefit Package including Medical Insurance, Paid Vacation and Holidays are available after completion of 90-day probation period.
