Base Salary + Commission

Kemper Life a Kemper Home Service Company, is looking for an individual to provide sales and service of a Local Insurance Agency.

0 to1 year of Customer Service and Sales experience required, but ideal candidate would have some management, sales and/or collection experience. High School Diploma/ GED preferred. Hands on experience with Apple IPAD and cell phone products. A Life Insurance License 215 and Property and Casualty Insurance 2044 would be preferred but if it is not there then it will be required in 6 weeks after candidate starts with the company, but company will provide some assistance in obtaining required licensing. Candidate must have reliable transportation.

Sales Rep duties include monthly premium collections, sales, and service for existing clients. Candidate will retain the existing customer base with customer service and then grow the debit area in following: Life Insurance, Rental Insurance (fire/burglary), Accidental Insurance & Cancer Insurance

Income provided on a weekly basis. Income includes a base salary, commissions, weekly and monthly performance bonus.
