Insurance Sales Representative

Shift: 1st Shift

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position is: $15/hr; will be required to obtain insurance licenses. After licensed, pay will increase & commission with continued training for up to 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Selling all lines of insurance including property, casualty, health and life.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objections
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of current over the phone customer service and sales experience.
• Prior Insurance Sales experience desired.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Current licenses in Property & Casualty and/or Health & Life desired.
