Burrowes Insurance is looking for bright, talented, professional Commercial & Personal LinesCustomer Service Reps to join our Independent Insurance Agency. Our Customer Service Reps (CSRs) will be responsible for expanding our agency's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies as well as servicing and retaining our existing customers.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Service existing policies
Requirements
- Highly Motivated
- Previous INSURANCE experience in sales and customer service of at least 2 years
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must have FLORIDA Insurance License (220, 2044 or 440)
- MUST be able to work in the AGENCY
