Job description

My agency is seeking an Insurance Producer to join our team! As a producer you will be required to obtain your Texas Dept. of Insurance Licenses within 90 days (paid for by the employer). There is a base salary along with commissions once you are licensed along with extra bonuses based on production. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Training will be provided in office to prepare you for everyday situations and transactions.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients

Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs

Resolve client inquiries and complaints

Expand business reach through networking techniques

Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields

Bilingual (Preferred)

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong customer service/people skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Ability to get licensed almost immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
