Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients while providing excellent customer service.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced insurance sales representative. We provide comprehensive training, warm leads, and bonus opportunities. The base salary is $41,600 and can be further bolstered with additional commission and bonus incentives. Outstanding performers who demonstrate consistent performance may earn up to an impressive $60,000 per year. The commission structure is also a great way to reward hard work and incentivize sales.


No previous insurance experience? No problem!

If you have demonstrated success in sales and possess exemplary customer service skills, we can provide the essential instruction and guidance needed to transition into the insurance industry successfully. Entry-level applicants will be offered a base salary of $39,250 which can be supplemented with bonuses and commissions after completion of training based on performance. May make up to $45,000 the 1st year.

Responsibilities
  • Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
  • Prospect for new business through cold calling and business-to-business field sales work.
  • Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Explain the benefits of the product or service, and how it can address their specific concerns.
  • Utilize excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the client. Ensure transparency, honesty, and empathy in interactions.
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License Required. Willing to train.
  • Insurance Sales experience is a Bonus!
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish is a BONUS!
  • Basic computer software knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
