THE JOB
Responsible for coordinating, implementing and general oversight of the outpatient integrated health service delivery provided by an array of staff members. Provide assessment/counseling/support services to assigned caseload, as well as in cooperation with members of the treatment team. Oversee health and safety of the treatment environment. Establish a good rapport with a wide variety of agencies, organizations, and individuals. Works closely with treatment team personnel to facilitate admission and pre-discharge planning, care coordination, and team communication. Responsible to lead, coach, and foster professional growth for team members.

WHAT YOU HAVE
Required:
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Active LIMHP and LADC licenses in the State of Nebraska
- At least 21 years of age
- 5 or more years of experience working with persons with co-occurring and complex diagnoses as a clinician
- 3 or more years of experience directly supervising staff and/or clinical programming supervision
