HybridThe F135 Production Integration Manager spearheads program initiatives and collaborates across multiple cross functional teams. They mitigate production impacts and risks to the program, drive performance improvement and help optimize program projects.
The F135 Production Integration Manager’s strategies support organizational objectives, strengthen team’s skills and build relationships. They are a key contributor in the F135 Program Management office, ensuring our overall performance meets expectations, provides insights to cross functional teams and helps resolve significant issues.
The F135 Production Integration Manager focuses on Collaboration, Communication, Courage, Results, Strategic Vision and Business Acumen.
The F135 Production Integration Manager is Hybrid.
Primary Responsibilities:
Integrate with cross functional teams and develop collaborative working relationships with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Quality and Finance/Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to manage program NPI (New Product Introduction) initiatives while mitigating production impacts and risks.
Prepare and execute insourcing project plans with cross functional Product Line Teams by developing business cases, project schedules, funding/resource requests and transitions through gate reviews.
Key focal between cross functional teams and program management office for review and approval of the SRI (Supplier Request for Information) data base and projects.
Support annual strategic planning efforts, prepare and present value-stream strategy, progress and results.
Support monthly financial planning and reporting.
Travel to suppliers and conferences may be required, ~10%.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Production or Military Program management customer facing experience.
EVMS experience.
Experience achieving business results working with cross functional teams.
