Klintworth & Rozenblat IP LLP is seeking an experienced IP Paralegal. We offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours, collegial and connected remote work experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and filing of U.S. patent applications and PCT applications
- Preparing and filing of U.S. trademark applications and renewals
- Obtaining and filing inventor signature documents
- Preparing and filing responses in U.S. and PCT patent applications
- Preparing templates, reporting correspondence and formal documents
- Reviewing and preparing communications with foreign patent counsel
- Docketing and communicating with docketing team
- Complete legalization of documents, order priority documents and assignments from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and ship foreign priority documents as needed
- Communicating and interfacing with clients
- Other administrative duties
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and a desire to work for a virtual law practice
- be professional and proactive
- have strong writing skills and be detail oriented
- able to manage multiple deadlines and set priorities

Experience:
- Requires 5+ years of recent experience working as a patent prosecution secretary or paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department, or equivalent.
