Onehome is looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor.

Job Summary:

Our Inventory Control Supervisor (ICP) is responsible for maintaining and updating all receipts, purchases, and inventory through business systems, ensuring all products have been received and shipped (and/or tested/processed/repaired/priced per business processes) The Inventory Control Lead must have day, evening, and weekend availability to work.

What to expect in your role:

  • Adheres to operational processes, utilizing available systems to receive and ship inventories, and pricing and identification of all products.
  • Enters part orders per the authorized company process.
  • Manages inventory control processing, ensures Associates are properly trained and utilizing systems properly and assists in action plan efforts with other Leads to improve performance.
  • Assists in supervising a team of Associates when management is not present.
  • Be the Direct Supervisor and leader for two Inventory Control Associates by; day-to-day direction, setting metrics/ KPIs, processing APR’s (Annual performance reviews), and managing weekly/ monthly timecards.
  • Responsible for individual and team metrics, goals and objectives to be achieved or exceeded.
  • Tracks unsold hook up charges, and requests adjustments if necessary.
  • Requests credit for product that was received damaged or was missing on a shipment and follows up.
  • Reviews the inbound loads, as well as the ones shipped out of other units, and verifies control records match all inbound and outbound loads
  • Assists with the maintenance of inventory counts in the Retail Inventory Management (RIM) system, as well as the Ideal Floor Plan for both the host unit and the satellite stores
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar (Preferred)
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
  • Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
  • Product and inventory management certification a plus
  • Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

  • Clear written and spoken communication.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Exercises good judgment and decision making.
  • Previous relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent human relation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and physicians.
  • Ability to work independently.
