In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Inventory Manager in maintaining audits and returns for over 200 locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follows clearly detailed procedures in performing simple, repetitive tasks such as data entry.
- Assist in researching and reviewing store inventory audits
- Sending out all communications related to return phones
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Filing, researching, duplicating, computer skills, multi-tasking, organizational skills.
- Skill in utilizing a personal computer and associated software.
Ability to:
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Identify and resolve problems or situations.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Create and use computer spreadsheets.
- Research, analyze, and summarize data.
- Work independently in the absence of supervision.
Must Have:
- Regular and timely attendance at work.
- Knowledge of: MS Excel, MS Word, and other related computer programs and software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Boerne, TX 78006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
